Sweet JP
Hello, I'm Marcus Firegone, host of Friday Night Street Racing on our YouTube Channel @MarcusFiregone. We race 1/64 diecast cars, like Hot Wheels and Matchbox, down tracks. Tracks include traditional Hot Wheels tracks as well as Crash Racers wide track and custom 3D printed corners, start gate, and timer system. We only promote street racing if it is done at the 1/64 scale.

In Diecast Racing the cars are powered by Gravity, were weight is like Horse Power and Friction is like Arrow Dynamics which inversely affects the speed and stability of the car as it plunges down the track. As expected, these cars are driverless. Each run has a multitude of factors that determine its path and ultimately its fate. Every run is unique and somewhat random. Master the build in order to master the track.

Videos of the cars are typically slowed down for your viewing pleasure, otherwise it would be difficult to see the cars in flight. Builders use Dry Lube, swap tires, use low friction axles, and sand the wheels to reduce friction and increase the weight of the car by adding weights (such as curtain weights or tungsten putty).

Catch us live and interactive some Friday Nights at 10:00 PM EST on our YouTube Channel, and catch up on the 100's of videos that already posted there.

Box Runners are kind of like the Bootleggers of the Prohibition era, but they deliver Humanitarian aid across district lines. Boxes of stuff, you know, like Food, Water, Medical Supplies, Fertilizer and even gasoline. They prefer to run performance modified Station Wagons for their cargo space and lower center of gravity. Box Runners sometime compete for who’s the best, bragging rights if you will.
